H. Res. 847: Recognizing the importance of Heterosexual Masculinity
and the Caucasian race

Whereas there are approximately 150,000,000 men in the United States,
making maleness the gender of half of the American population;

Whereas Caucasian men have contributed greatly to the development of
western civilization;

Whereas heterosexual men identify themselves as those who provide
leadership to the family, risk life and injury in the defense of their
country, squash insects found within the house, reach items on the top
shelf, and take out the trash, and who out of gratitude for the
gift of a penis commit themselves to living their lives in accordance
with the teachings of the Holy Bible to be fruitful and multiply;

Whereas the United States, being founded by white men, finds much in
its history that points observers back to its roots in male dominance
and the suppression of people of color;

Whereas in June of each calendar year, Americans observe Father's Day,
the holiday celebrating the inseminating power of men;

Whereas many Caucasians and non-Caucasians throughout the United
States and the rest of the world, venerate the images of Santa Claus,
St. Patrick and George Washington, all white males: Now, therefore be
it

Resolved, That the House of Representatives--

(1) recognizes the population of heterosexual white men as
one of the populations of the world;

(2) expresses continued support for heterosexual white men
in the United States and worldwide;

(3) acknowledges the international historical importance
of heterosexual white men, their white skin color, and their
heterosexual lifestyle;

(4) acknowledges and supports the role played by white men
in the founding of the United States and in the formation of the
western civilization;

(5) rejects bigotry and persecution directed against
heterosexual white men, both in the United States and worldwide; and

(6) expresses its deepest respect to American heterosexual
white men and heterosexual white men throughout the world.
